At TCU, we're committed to helping keep our community safe. We are happy to announce our branches are now open for limited hours by appointment only. The hours are subject to change based on members' needs.

Scheduling an appointment

We are so excited to welcome you back into our branches and we can’t wait to see you. Before you stop in, you’ll need to schedule an appointment. Visit our online scheduler and reserve a time that works best for you.

Schedule an appointment


Before coming to a branch for your scheduled appointment, you must perform a wellness self-check. An easy way to monitor your health is by taking your temperature. 

You are not permitted to enter the branch if: (1) you are experiencing any symptom of COVID-19, (2) you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 15 days, or (3) you are subject to quarantine based on CDC guidance.

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any of these symptoms:

  • Fever with a temperature of 100.4 or higher
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • Cough
